Top Ten Tuesday | Books On My Fall 2020 TBR

Hello my loves!! So it’s been a minute since I’ve participated in a TTT post. However I’m determined to be more consistent and I am just so excited about all my fall reading plans!! This is hosted by the lovely, That Artsy Reader Girl!

The end of the year is somehow approaching. I mean it has been the longest year and the shortest year all in one. Either way I have A LOT of books I want to get to! So let’s get into it!

Dune by Frank Herbert

Yes. I am finally going to read Dune. My husband has been trying to get me to read this for sooo long. So what made me decide this fall is the right time? Well obviously the movie adaptation!! I believe it is coming out in December and I HAVE to read the book first.

Green Creek Series by TJ Klune

Wolfsong is one of the best books I’ve read this year!! I am determined to read the rest of the series by the end of the year. Plus this series is just woodsy and atmospheric so fall is the perfect season to binge it in. Should I take my time with all these probably but I just can’t help myself.

A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik

A Deadly Education is one of my most anticipated releases of the year!! It comes out next week and I can’t wait to immediately binge it. Don’t worry I let you know all my thoughts!

The Once and Future Witches by Alix E. Harrow

I have an e-arc of this and I honestly can’t believe I haven’t read it yet! It has all the things I love..witches, historical, suffragist movement, and Salem! It sounds like it’s going to be everything!

The Beautiful by Renée Ahdieh

Literally been meaning to read this book since it came out a year ago. I can’t believe I haven’t read it yet. If you know anything about my reading interests you know I love paranormal, historical fiction, and anything that takes place in New Orleans! So this has great potential to be a five star read.

The Year of the Witching by Alexis Henderson

Now we are getting into my spooky season reads. LOOK AT THIS COVER. It’s stunning and I know we aren’t supposed to judge by the cover but sometimes they call to me. Anyway I actually know nothing about this book besides that everyone reading it loves it and that is all I need to know.

The Silent Companions by Laura Purcell

My second spooky season must read it The Silent Companions. Gothic ghost story..sign me up!! I think this is going to be creepy and atmospheric and honestly I need that in my life this October.

Bittersweet (True North #1) by Sarina Bowen

I had to throw a romance read on here!! I mainly want to read this because it sounds like it has all the fall vibes. I mean it’s set in Vermont on an apple orchard. Does it get more fall? I think this is a second chance romance with a bit of rivalry or hate to love going on! So excited to pick it up.

Let me know if you have read any of these! What should I prioritize? Hope you have a great Tuesday and happy reading! – Lys
